Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fulfills the WHO (2023) clinical definition of Long COVID. 2. Age 18 to 65 years. 3. Presence of significant fatigue (FSS score = 4) and/or cognitive impairment (MoCA score < 26). 4. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to rTMS (e.g., metal implants in head, pacemaker, epilepsy). 2. Pre-existing major neurological, psychiatric, or systemic diseases. 3. Recent enrollment (within 1 month) in another interventional trial. 4. Alcohol or substance abuse or inability to comply with study protocols.
