Interventions

Group A (Integrated Intervention Group):1. Cognitive Tasks: The tasks (including an n-back/Stroop variant) were administered via a mini-program and featured adaptive difficulty. 2. AI-Driven Motor Tra
Group B (Exercise Only Group):1. Low Cognitive Load Task: Participants watched cognitive training videos. 2. Motor Training: Identical AI-driven motor training regimen as used in Group A.
Group C (Control Group):Provision of educational materials on low back pain management

45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45-75, middle-aged or older, right-handed; 2. Consistent with chronic non-specific low back pain (lasting >= 3 months); 3. NRS >= 3 points and MoCA <= 26; 4. be able to complete cognitive testing and fNIRS testing; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Conditions confounding cognition (e.g., brain disease, CNS-acting drugs, psychiatric disorders). 2.Pregnancy or acute illness (e.g., fever).
