Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute herpes zoster (with a disease course of less than one month) in the Pain Department of Jiaxing First Hospital from November 2024 to May 2025; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Patients undergoing surgical treatment in this hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The test results for triglycerides and glucose are missing. 2. Previous history of diabetes; 3. A history of chronic pain in the past; 4. Lost to follow-up.
