Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of lung cancer conforms to the "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Lung Cancer of the Chinese Medical Association (2019 Edition)" and is confirmed by pathological biopsy (such as bronchoscopic biopsy, CT-guided lung puncture) or imaging (Positron Emission Tomography - Computed Tomography, PET-CT combined with tumor markers); 2.The diagnosis of COPD conforms to the 2020 Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD); 3.The patients and their families are informed of the details, agree to participate, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumours originating outside the lungs (e.g., primary tumours in the genitourinary system, breast, gastrointestinal tract, or bones that have metastasised to the lungs); 2. Concurrent active pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, interstitial lung disease, or other pulmonary conditions; 3. Presence of non-neoplastic lesions such as granulation tissue proliferation or pulmonary abscesses; 4. Underlying conditions including severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, or cardiac failure; 5. Patients for whom thoracic CT cannot rule out lung cancer, but who lack cytological or histopathological examination.
