Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least two family members have tested positive by urea breath test within the past three months. 2. All family members should have resided in the household for at least 5 years, for a minimum of 10 months each year. 3. All family members are aged 18 years or older. 4. Informed consent has been obtained from all family members themselves or their legal guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women, individuals with mental disorders, or those with a recent pregnancy plan; 2. Individuals allergic to the trial medications (e.g., amoxicillin, clarithromycin, metronidazole, levofloxacin, tetracycline, PPIs, bismuth); 3. Use of PPIs or P-CABs within the past 2 weeks, or use of antibiotics, bismuth, or antibacterial Chinese herbal medicine within the past 4 weeks; 4. History of subtotal gastrectomy; 5. Severe organic digestive diseases (e.g., gastrointestinal malignancies, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer with perforation/obstruction, intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease); 6. Severe systemic diseases (e.g., severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic renal insufficiency, connective tissue diseases, neurological disorders); 7. Previous history of H. pylori eradication therapy; 8. Any other circumstances deemed by the investigators as unsuitable for enrollment or potentially affecting the subject's participation in the study.
