Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years; 2.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for anal sinusitis and are diagnosed with the dampness-heat pouring downward pattern according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation; 3.No use of antimicrobial agents or medicated suppositories for anal administration within the recent 4 weeks; 4. Patients scheduled to undergo anal crypt incision and drainage procedure upon admission;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with comorbid conditions such as perianal abscess, anal fistula, or anal fissure; 2. Patients with a history of colorectal diseases, including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or colorectal cancer; 3. Patients with severe diseases of other organ systems, or those who are pregnant or lactating; 4. Patients who did not undergo the surgical procedure; 5. Patients with missing key outcome data will be excluded; those with missing partial data may be handled using imputation methods;
