Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Pre-examination and triage levels I to II; 3. First radial artery blood gas analysis blood collection; 4. The peak systolic velocity of the radial artery is less than 35 cm/s; 5. Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Absence of the radial artery; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Peripheral vascular disease; 4. Arteriovenous fistula or trauma of the forearm; 5. There was swelling and bruising at the puncture site before the puncture.
