Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease according to the Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015; 2.Aged 40–65 years (no sex restrictions); 3.First-ever stroke episode with unilateral lesion(s), disease duration 1–6 months; 4.Hemodynamically stable (no active respiratory infections, history of chronic respiratory diseases, or requirement for endotracheal intubation/tracheostomy/mechanical ventilation); 5.Preserved cognitive function (Mini-Mental State Examination [MMSE] score >=24); 6. Provision of written informed consent and ethical approval from the Medical Research Ethics Committee of Liuzhou Workers' Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Brainstem, cerebellar, vestibular lesions, peripheral neuropathy, or lower limb osteoarticular disorders affecting balance function; 2.Severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., active psychotic conditions); 3.Severe sensory deficits (proprioceptive/tactile impairment); 4. Auditory comprehension deficits (e.g., aphasia-related language processing disorders); 5.Inability to comply with rehabilitation protocols.
