Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, patients with newly diagnosed PCNSL confirmed by pathology; 2. No contraindications for lumbar puncture; 3. The expected survival period is more than 3 months. 4. Before performing specific operations, sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary CNS Lymphoma; 2. Patients known to be HIV-positive; 3.Use other anti-tumor treatments other than this study(Corticosteroids may be administered, with the requirement that dosage and duration are documented); 4. History of other malignancies that may affect the compliance of the study protocol or the analysis of the results; 5.Pregnant or lactating women;
