Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers of inpatients diagnosed with depression, depression with anxiety, or depressive episodes of bipolar disorder according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10); 2. Prior to the patient's hospitalization, provided daily care exceeding 4 hours and covered the patient's treatment costs; 3. Caregivers must be able to read and understand the questionnaire content, voluntarily participate in the survey and interview, and sign an informed consent form; 4. Must have access to a smartphone with WeChat/phone connectivity. 5. Haven't participated in similar psychological intervention programs in the past month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The caregiver has a severe mental disorder or cognitive impairment; 2. The caregiver has experienced acute stress events such as the loss of a loved one, a car accident, or divorce within the past six months
