Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1)age >=20 years old; (2) gestational week >=28 weeks and participate in obstetric checkups on time; (3) gestation of a single viable fetus that has not yet been delivered; (4) informed consent and signing of the informed consent form; (5)voluntarily participate in the study and complete the questionnaire survey independently; (6) have access to a mobile communication device and be able to communicate with each other on the Internet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) history of serious mental disorders; (2)serious cognitive impairment, vision, hearing impairment, etc. to affect the completion of the questionnaire and survey; (3) serious pregnancy complications and complications; (4) participation in other psychological training or research during the intervention period
