Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.NIPT testing data from our hospital from 2015 to 2024 (approximately 50,000 cases), complete with clinical data, raw sequencing data, post-analysis data, and follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Existing NIPT samples already marked as failed, as well as data with missing maternal clinical information or lost to follow-up.
