Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses with valid professional qualifications; 2. Nurses currently working in the emergency department (including but not limited to the resuscitation room, observation room, infusion room, etc.); 3. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Use standardized occupational burnout assessment tools (e.g., MBI-HSS Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey, CMBI Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory) and be assessed as experiencing occupational burnout or at high risk of occupational burnout; 5. Subjectively experience burnout-related symptoms such as excessive work pressure, low mood, decreased work enthusiasm, and fatigue; 6. Have basic information technology skills and be proficient in using a smartphone or computer for text communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals currently receiving psychiatric treatment or taking psychiatric medications; 2. Individuals diagnosed with severe mental illnesses such as major depression, anxiety disorder, or bipolar disorder; 3. Individuals with suicidal or self-harming tendencies; 4. Individuals who have experienced major life changes in the past three months (e.g., death of a loved one, divorce, serious illness, etc.); 5. Individuals who have participated in similar psychological interventions or training programs in the past month.
