Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2016 European Society of Cardiology Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure; 2.Age >=60 years old; 3.Can correctly understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily participate;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Accompanied by mental illness or cognitive impairment (such as dementia, schizophrenia, etc.); 2.Having severe hearing or visual impairments that prevent communication; 3.Merge other serious physical diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe infections, end-stage liver and kidney failure, etc.);
