Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets diagnostic criteria for postherpetic neuralgia; 2.Meets diagnostic criteria for spleen deficiency with dampness accumulation in shingles; 3.Patients with VAS score >=4 and SAS score >=50; 4.Age 18–75 years; 5.Patients who are informed and willing to participate in this study; 6.Patients possess adequate comprehension and functional capacity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with known drug allergies; 2.Individuals with coagulation disorders; 3.Individuals with cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Individuals who have taken sleeping pills, anti-anxiety medications, or other psychiatric drugs within the past month; 6.Individuals with severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or speech disorders who are unable to cooperate.
