Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) confirmed by computed tomography (CT); The range of bleeding volume is 20-40 mL; 3. A documented history of hypertension; 4. Within 24 hours, neurological symptoms such as headache and hemiplegia may occur; 5. Neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation under general anesthesia at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, followed up for at least 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients caused by conditions such as aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, amyloidosis, cerebral parasites, smoking disease, or tumors; 2. Patients with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage; 3. Patients who have previously suffered from stroke (NIHSS score>1); 4. Patients who have undergone previous cranial surgery; 5. Patients with coagulation disorders; 6. Patients who have previously suffered from other serious systemic diseases; 7. Patients who are lost to follow-up or have severely missing follow-up data.
