Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After clinical diagnosis, the primary family caregiver designated for patients undergoing regular hemodialysis (dialysis duration >=3 months) (bearing more than 50% of the care responsibility); 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Possess basic language communication and comprehension skills; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who suffer from severe cognitive impairment or mental disorders and are unable to communicate effectively; 2. Those who also undertake the care tasks of patients with other major diseases; 3. Pay for professional caregivers.
