Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. advanced solid tumors diagnosed from 2018 to 2024; 2. The age of first pembrolizumab monotherapy was <18 years; 3. first-line systemic therapy failed and 2L+ monotherapy with pembrolizumab.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There was no clear first-line treatment record.

To investigate the demographic and baseline characteristics of Chinese children with advanced solid tumors;To investigate the treatment patterns of advanced solid tumors in children in China;To investigate the availability of clinical outcomes of pembrolizumab in children with advanced solid tumors in China;To qualitatively evaluate the applicability of the National Antinoplastic Drug Surveillance System (NATDSS) as a source of real-world data (RWD) for historical cohort studies;To quantitatively assess the correlation and reliability of key data elements in NATDSS;
