Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age is 18 years old or above; 2.Sign the informed consent form; 3.Patients with moderate to severe ARDS as defined by Berlin criteria (with PEEP/CPAP = 5 cmH2O and PaO2/FiO2 = 200 mmHg); 4.The EIT or end-tidal carbon dioxide measurement indicates that the dead space fraction is greater than 40%; 5.The patient underwent intubation and mechanical ventilation;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known pregnancy; 2.a history of cerebral hemorrhage in the past six months, and there was also circulatory instability caused by active bleeding; 3.Massive pleural effusion without drainage, tension pneumothorax; 4.refractory shock; 5.Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome; 6.Congenital hyperbilirubinemia with hemoglobinopathy; 7.Severe left heart developmental malformation, fatal congenital defect and congestive heart failure;
