Remimazolam group:During the maintenance phase of anesthesia, remimazolam was continuously pumped intravenously (0.2-1mg/kg/h), and reasonable adjustment was made according to cerebral perfusion index
Propofol group:Propofol (4-12mg/kg/h) was continuously pumped intravenously during the maintenance phase of anesthesia, and reasonable adjustment was made according to cerebral perfusion indexes and h

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Optic nerve sheath diameter;Time-averaged mean flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery;Peak systolic velocity of the middle cerebral artery;Middle cerebral artery end-diastolic flow velocity;Time-average maximum velocity of middle cerebral artery;Middle cerebral artery blood flow;Ratio of middle cerebral artery systolic to diastolic velocity;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure;Heart rate;Total intraoperative doses of propofol and remimazolam;Scores for postoperative pain, nausea and vomiting, as well as the usage of additional antiemetic drugs and analgesic drugs;Postoperative recovery quality score (QoR-15);Incidence of Postoperative complications;Postoperative recovery time (extubation time, orientation recovery time);
