18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ICU patients aged between 18 and 70 with sepsis who have received invasive mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours and need continuous use of remifentanil or hydromorphinone analgesic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who need to use a ventilator for a long time after tracheotomy; 2. Severe central nervous system diseases (acute stroke, uncontrolled epilepsy, severe dementia); Liver diseases (Child-Pugh grades B and C); Acute myocardial infarction Degree II/III atrioventricular block Heart rate is lower than 50 beats per minute; Patients with hemodynamic instability; Patients who need deep sedation in clinical practice; Severe ARDS (PaO2/FiO2=5cmH2O); 3. Those who are dependent on benzodiazepines or opioids; Drug abuse and alcoholism; 4. Has participated in other research;
