Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) between 16 and 28 kg/m^2; 2. Age between 16 and 30 years; 3. No other metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension); 4. No recent history of surgery, trauma, or major illnesses; 5. No long-term use of medications that affect energy metabolism, such as hormonal agents, weight-loss drugs, or hypoglycemic medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical limitations (e.g., musculoskeletal injuries, joint diseases, or pain); 2. Known severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases; 3. Exercise-induced dyspnea; 4. Known family history of sudden cardiac death; 5. Diagnosed coronary artery disease; 6. Untreated endocrine disorders; 7. Blood pressure >=160/100 mmHg; 8. Use of medications affecting metabolism or cardiovascular function within the past year; 9. Smoking or weekly alcohol consumption >140 g (men) or >70 g (women); 10. Inability to adhere to the training protocol during the study period.
