Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with heart failure: 1. age 18 - 80 years; and 2. Inpatient or outpatient patients with signs or symptoms of heart failure, NYHA class I-III (ambulatory), class I-IV (static). 3. Exclusion criteria

Conditions limiting physical activity, such as peripheral or cerebrovascular disease, or musculoskeletal disorders. 9. Inability to cooperate with or complete the 6MWT. 10. Deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator's clinical judgment.
