Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Singleton. 2.20 weeks <=gestational weeks <=27 weeks + 6 days. 3.20 years old <=age <=40 years old. 4.Maternal health status: no breastfeeding contraindications. 5.The desire for breastfeeding is strong, and babies are planned to breastfeed exclusively for at least 6 months. 6.Postpartum physical examination and child protection were recalled to the production hospital for diagnosis. 7.The subject or guardian signs an informed consent form. 8.The subjects, the resident population of the city, promised to cooperate with the study during the whole study period, and were willing to complete the collection of breast milk samples, maternal blood and maternal and infant feces according to the sampling criteria, and fill in the health and dietary questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Liver, kidney and other endocrine diseases; complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other important organ dysfunction. 2.Breastfeeding is affected by severe nutritional or genetic diseases, severe pregnancy complications and complications during pregnancy. 3.Postpartum physical examination and child protection will not be carried out in our hospital after giving birth. 4.The compliance of patients is poor and the possibility of follow-up is poor.
