Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients under 16 years of age; 2. Those scheduled to undergo congenital heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) support; 3. Legal guardians have signed the informed consent form and agreed to blood collection and the use of medical data; 4. Complete clinical and laboratory records are available postoperatively, including postoperative blood gas analysis, imaging examinations, and blood sample collection data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete data; 2. Premature infants (gestational age less than 36 weeks); 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Severe chromosomal abnormalities; 5. Preoperative pulmonary inflammation, heart failure leading to pulmonary edema, or requiring postoperative extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support; 6. Patients who have undergone mechanical ventilation before surgery.
