Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Medical history, laboratory and imaging examinations meet the diagnostic criteria for liver cirrhosis; 3.Successful TIPS surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) before transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS); 2.Patients with portal vein (PV) occlusion who underwent TIPS recanalization. 3.Patients lost to follow - up within 3 months after TIPS; 4.Patients with severely lacking pre - operative clinical data; 5.Patients complicated with tumors; 6.Patients complicated with heart, kidney or other major organ failure; 7.Patients with a history of using hepatotoxic drugs after the operation;
