18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 2. Permanent molars exhibiting clinical and radiographic evidence of deep caries lesions; 3. Meeting diagnostic criteria outlined in the Chinese Stomatological Association's Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines: Oral Medicine Volume; 4. Patient consent to participate in the study and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic conditions (such as diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, etc.); 2. Patients with a history of analgesic or antibiotic use within the past week; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 4. Patients with a history of trauma to the affected tooth, where the tooth is irreparable or non-functional, or where combined periodontal and pulp pathology is present; 5. Patients where radiographs indicate root canal calcification or signs of root resorption in the affected tooth.
