Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female patients with pelvic organ prolapse of Grade I or above diagnosed by POP-Q; (2) Age 18-60; (3) The patient received definite"Conventional physical therapy" or"Conventional physical therapy combined with muscle energy technique" in the whole medical record; (4) POP-Q, pelvic floor electromyography and FERFECT assessment data before and after treatment were completely recorded in the medical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other types of Pelvic floor dysfunction presenting as complaints (e.g. , Stress incontinence, urgency incontinence, chronic pelvic pain) that may interfere with efficacy judgment; (2) Previous pelvic organ surgery (e.g. . Hysterectomy and pelvic floor reconstruction) ; (3) Women in pregnancy or less than 12 months postpartum; (4) Suffering from neurological disorder, connective tissue disease or serious medical conditions (e.g. severe hypertension, diabetes) ; (5) The medical records are missing or not up to standard, and can not be analyzed effectively.
