Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Primary school education or above; 3. High subjective loneliness group based on UCLA Loneliness Scale (Version 3) score >= 33, low score group < 33; 4. Able to cooperate in completing fNIRS testing, questionnaire filling, and cognitive-emotional related assessments; 5. Vision, hearing, and verbal communication basically normal, able to complete experimental tasks; 6. Able to independently complete group health rhythm training and related tests; 7. Participants are fully informed and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed severe neurological diseases (such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, brain tumors, history of severe traumatic brain injury, etc.); 2. Significant history of psychiatric disorders (such as major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, drug or alcohol dependence); 3. Severe physical illnesses or motor system disorders that affect the ability to perform experimental tasks (such as severe cardiopulmonary diseases, limited joint mobility, balance disorders, etc.); 4. Currently undergoing psychological therapy, antidepressant/anxiolytic medication, or having participated in similar intervention studies recently (within 3 months); 5. Severe cognitive impairment (MoCA <18); 6. Other health conditions that make participation in exercise training unsuitable; 7. Significant sensory impairments or communication disorders; 8. Presence of metal implants in the head or other conditions that make fNIRS testing unsuitable.
