Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: suspicious patients with thyroid cancer or metastatic neck lymph nodes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergies to eggs, milk, or seafood; Allergic to ultrasound contrast agents; Pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding; Refusal of puncture or surgery; History of radiation or chemotherapy to the head and neck area.
