Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Front line staff who have nursed patients with severe novel coronavirus pneumonia; 2.Participate in the fight against novel coronavirus pneumonia for more than 7 days; 3.Obtaining a Nurse Practicing Qualification Certificate;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non registered in-service nurses such as trainees, trainees, rotating departments, interns, etc; 2.A family accident occurred within the first year before joining the group; 3.Withdrawal from research midway; 4.Previous history of mental illness or use of psychotropic drugs; 5.Combined dysfunction of organs such as heart and lungs; 6.Pregnancy or lactation period;
