Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Forty patients with type II diabetes under 70 years old were selected from the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and Endocrinology of our hospital. According to the mean value of 0.5Hz~4KHz pure tone hearing threshold, the patients were divided into diabetes hearing normal group (DG group, 20 cases, 40 ears) and diabetes hearing abnormal group (DRHL group, 20 cases, 40 ears). Healthy examinees served as the normal control group (CG group, 20 cases, 40 ears);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.type I diabetes; 2.Familial neurogenic hearing loss; 3.tympanitis; 4.Clear cause of hearing loss; 5.noise exposure; 6.History of use of ototoxic drugs; 7.Severe kidney disease;
