Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) There are loose teeth of degree II or above in the oral cavity, alveolar bone absorption reaches 1/3 of the root apex or even the root apex, and the mobility of adjacent teeth is less than degree II; (2) The tooth cannot be retained due to residual root, residual crown, trauma, fracture, deformity, tumor, etc. and needs to be extracted or has been lost. The donor tooth is healthy and non-functional, and the root development stage is above Moorrees stage 4 (i.e., more than 2/3 of the root length has been formed). The crown and root shape and size are similar to those of the recipient tooth: the space and alveolar bone volume (including height and width) of the recipient tooth are sufficient to fully accommodate the donor tooth. (3) The patient is in good general health and has no contraindications to tooth extraction; (4) Informed consent is given to this study and an informed consent form is signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with systemic and local relative contraindications to implant surgery, including radiotherapy and chemotherapy, uncontrolled systemic diseases, excessive smoking, alcohol abuse, drug abuse, psychological phobia, etc. (2) unable to follow up on time and with incomplete data.
