Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. X-ray and CT examinations confirmed displacement (displacement >2 mm), avulsion fracture at the insertion point of the patellar ligament (type I, type II, type ?B), and MRI was used to rule out combined injuries of the meniscus and other ligaments. 2. Follow-up period >1 year; 3. Age 13 to 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative MRI examination suggested combined anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injury or collateral ligament injury. 2. There are congenital or acquired developmental malformations of the affected limb; 3. There are severe symptoms of tibial tuberosity and epiphyseal inflammation; 4. Poor compliance, failure to follow the doctor's advice for rehabilitation exercises and regular follow-ups.
