Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men or women aged between 18 and 65 with no fertility requirements; 2. Elevated cortisol or aldosterone levels in blood or urine; 3. Meet the indications for adrenal surgery; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cushing's syndrome or hyperaldosteronism not caused by adrenal lesions; 2. Severe heart failure, cardiac conduction block, or bradycardia; 3. Severe hemodynamic instability; 4. Those requiring preoperative admission to the intensive care unit; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Individuals currently participating in other clinical studies.
