Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with complete clinical data and aged =18 years; 2.Patients undergoing elective surgery who meet the indications for invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring; 3.Patients classified as ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I—III; 4.Patients who provided informed consent from themselves or their legal representatives;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal Allen's test results; 2.Coagulopathy or bleeding diathesis; 3.Bilateral radial artery puncture site infection, trauma, or structural deformities; 4.Patients with Raynaud's disease, peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD), or other peripheral vascular disorders; 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding patients;
