Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with skin defects caused by hand and foot trauma who are eligible for free flap transplantation; 2. Age >=18 years old 3. Be able to complete questionnaire surveys under the guidance of researchers and be conscious. 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form on the basis of clear understanding, and have a certain ability to understand and express.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with language communication disorders and hearing impairments; 2. Previous history of neurological or mental disorders, personality disorders, and severe cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, a history of drug abuse, and blood circulation disorders during the operation.
