Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18–75 years; planned to undergo lumbar spine surgery; ASA classification I–III, with no severe liver or kidney dysfunction; no consciousness disorders, able to communicate normally with the physician, and clearly express personal needs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Long-term use of opioid drugs (>3 months) or immunosuppressants; history of long-term use of psychotropic drugs or cognitive impairment; inability to communicate or presence of mental disorders; existing gastrointestinal dysfunction, or a history of abdominal surgery.
