Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Partial hepatectomy under general anesthesia, gender not limited, age > 18 years old; 2.ASA Grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative severe renal insufficiency (eGFR < 60ml/min/173m ²); 2. Patients who are allergic to dexmedetomidine, have refractory bradycardia (heart rate below 60 beats per minute after treatment), and suffer from severe atrioventricular block (Mobitz types II and III).
