Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) End-stage renal disease patients: refers to the final stage of various chronic kidney diseases, generally considered to be diagnosed when the glomer filtration rate drops below 15ml/(min.1.73m^2), often accompanied by symptoms and signs of uremia, or requiring renal replacement therapy (2) Age 18 to 65 years old; (3) Stable dialysis treatment >=3 months, 2-3 times/week each time for 4 hours; (4) Use of arteriovenous fistula for dialysis; (5) Stable condition, heart function grade 12 (6) Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) Severe lower extremity thrombosis, diseases such as spine and joints, and inability to complete exercise; (3) Patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness; (4) Acute infection, operation and trauma; (5) Before dialysis, systolic blood pressure is >=180mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure is >=100mm Hg. (6)Hb<90g/L,Alb<=32g/L.
