Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A clear history of acute craniocerebral injury; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after injury; 4. The GCS score at admission was <=12 points; 5. The CT scan of the head after admission indicated craniocerebral injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient was admitted to our hospital after undergoing surgery at another hospital. 2. Incomplete blood phosphorus data after admission; 3. Severe complications other than craniocerebral injury occurred during the treatment process, leading to death; 4. Pregnant patients.
