Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.A total of 80 patients who underwent elective general anesthesia surgery in our hospital from October 2023 to January 2024 were selected. 2. Age 18 to 60 years old; 3. ASA classification I to II; 4.BMI: 18-30 kg/m^2; 5. Those with a preoperative Simple Mental Assessment Scale (MMSE) score above 26.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. People with severe diabetes; 3. Patients with myasthenia gravis; 4. Those with mental abnormalities before the operation, and those with increased intracranial pressure and intraocular pressure; 5. Those with increased respiratory secretions before the operation and difficulties in extubation after the operation; 6. Those who have been taking sedatives, analgesics, non-steroidal drugs, glucocorticoids, psychotropic drugs for a long time or recently, and those who are alcoholics or drug users; 7. Those who are allergic to any of the drug components in this study are unwilling to undergo this experiment.
