Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Entered the tertiary comprehensive hospital of Suining for the first time after graduation to participate in the standardized training of nurses in Sichuan Province; 2. Full-time college or above nursing graduates; 3. No other clinical work experience before receiving standardized training (except internship); 4. Passed the nurse licensing examination; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Leaving the hospital due to post transfer, sick leave or other reasons (=7 days); 2. Those who delay or withdraw from the standardized training; 3. Those who suffered major changes and psychological trauma within the past 6 months;
