Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 to 65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old); 2. Gender is not limited; 3. At admission, the patient had no serious impairment of heart, lung or kidney functions. 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure as stipulated in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure (2018 Edition)" On the basis of chronic liver disease, a syndrome caused by various inducements, characterized by deepening acute jaundice and coagulation dysfunction as manifestations of liver failure, may be accompanied by complications including hepatic encephalopathy, ascites, electrolyte imbalance, infection, hepatorenal syndrome, hepatopulmonary syndrome, etc., as well as extrahepatic organ failure. The patient's jaundice deepened rapidly, and the total serum bilirubin was >=10×ULN or increased daily by >=17.1µmol/L. There is bleeding manifestation, PTA=1.5); 5. Exclusion criteria
