Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients aged 18 or above, with clear consciousness and no mental illness; 2. Complete coronary CTA and echocardiography examinations (with a time difference of no more than 3 months); 3. Complete the blood routine and lipid tests (with a time difference of no more than one month from the CTA examination).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone coronary artery stenting, bypass surgery or other vascular reconstruction surgeries; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, heart failure, severe liver failure or kidney failure; 3. Patients with congenital coronary artery malformations; 4. The image quality of CCTA is not satisfactory; 5. The CCTA intelligent analysis system cannot recognize and analyze images. 6. Missing necessary inspections and tests; Patients with insulin-dependent diabetes have an increased risk of coronary heart disease, so they should be excluded. 8. The GRACE score was greater than 108 points within 24 hours of admission this time. 9. Hypertensive patients WHO use the WHO/ISH scoring guidelines indicate very high-risk patients.
