Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with histologically confirmed urothelial carcinoma; (2) Paired availability of cell blocks and corresponding tissue specimens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Insufficient tumor cellularity in cell blocks (<50 tumor cells); (2) Technical failures or suboptimal IHC staining precluding reliable biomarker interpretation; (3) Concurrent active malignancies.
