6 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examination showed that the tooth was impacted, and the maximum diameter of the hypodense shadow around the crown was <= 15mm; 2. Those who have impacted tooth (no age requirement)/impacted tooth germ (15 years old and below) extraction requirements and can harvest a relatively complete tooth capsule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No requirements for impacted tooth extraction; 2. Intraoperative tooth sac damage and other inability to be completely removed; 3. Other people who are not suitable for obtaining dental sac tissues.
