Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for case groups: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of pDoC; (2) Age >=18 years old; (3) The course of consciousness disorder exceeds 28 days; (4) Complete blood collection; (5) Baseline data and imaging data are complete; (6) The patient or their family members sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the control group: (1) The initial admission diagnosis met the pDoC diagnostic criteria; (2) Consciousness recovery: The CRS-R score was adopted, with 6 points for movement or 2 points for communication. (3) Age >=18 years old; (4) The course of consciousness disorder exceeds 28 days; (5) Complete blood collection; (6) Baseline data and imaging data are complete; (7) The patient or their family members sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other serious organic diseases: Patients with other serious organic diseases were excluded to ensure that the disease of the study object was single. (2) Incomplete clinical data: Stroke patients who could not be fully analyzed due to incomplete clinical data were excluded. (3) Unqualified serum samples: Excluded samples with unqualified serum samples or unable to meet the requirements of the experiment.
