Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All meet the 1999 WHO diagnostic and classification criteria for T2DM; 2. DKD patients all meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Expert Consensus on the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease"; that is, the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is basically normal, and the urinary microalbumin (mAlb) excretion rate is consistently between 20–200 µg/min or 30–300 µg/24h; in the early stage, when the mAlb excretion rate is 20–70 µg/min, GFR decreases to about 130 mL/min, blood pressure rises slightly, and reduction in blood pressure can reduce mAlb excretion; 3. Patients and their families are informed and agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, and other types of diabetes; 2. Those with acute diabetic complications; 3.
