Chronic cervical myalgia

Interventions

Trial group:Three times per week, each session lasting 45 minutes of Color Ribbon Dragon dance exercise intervention.
Control group1:Three times per week, each session lasting 45 minutes of dumbbell exercise intervention.
Control group2:Voluntary physical activity

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Students who have maintained a forward-leaning fixed posture for extended periods, engage in long-term sedentary behavior, or frequently lower their heads for studying or work, resulting in pain, discomfort, stiffness, and limited mobility in the neck and shoulder area. 2.Experience pain symptoms for >=3 months. 3. During episodes, symptoms may be accompanied by dizziness, headache, nausea, palpitations, and other discomforts. 4.Have not engaged in regular physical exercise recently. 5. Free from cardiovascular diseases and exercise contraindications, such as acute heart conditions or diabetes, able to express themselves independently, and voluntarily participate in this study by signing the informed consent form. 6. Clear consciousness, able to express themselves independently, willing to participate in this study, and having signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from conditions such as cervical spondylosis, tumors, frozen shoulder, or other joint diseases, or having a history of neck or shoulder trauma or surgery. 2.Having received muscle function training or rehabilitation therapy for the neck and shoulder area in the past three months. 3.Experiencing such severe neck and shoulder pain that participation in Color Ribbon Dragon exercise is impossible. 4. Suffering from dysmenorrhea, or experiencing neck, shoulder, or other pain before or during menstruation. 5.Having cervical spondylosis, tumors, frozen shoulder, or other related conditions.
